Lisa is the founder of Rexcelsior and a strategic banking and consumer finance executive with more than 25 years of experience in compliance, governance, operational risk management, and business infrastructure.

She founded Rexcelsior on a simple belief: risk is always in motion, and companies need infrastructure that can keep pace.

Working with a trusted team of experienced professionals, Lisa helps companies in motion strengthen the frameworks, oversight routines, reporting structures, and control discipline needed to support growth, transition, diligence, and scrutiny.

Her approach is practical, direct, and grounded in real operating environments. She helps leadership teams clarify complex issues, improve accountability, and build work product that can be used, explained, and defended.

Outside of work, Lisa and her husband live on five acres, where she enjoys the outdoors and keeps him busy with a steady stream of projects. They also enjoy time with their four children and eight grandchildren.
